Welcome to Dsm Detailing!

This agreement outlines the details of our services and your responsibilities as our customer. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

What We Provide:

  • Professional Detailing: We offer a range of car detailing packages to leave your vehicle looking its best.
  • Convenience: We detail rain or shine and come to you (with access to water and electricity needed).

Booking & Cancellation:

  • Schedule Ahead: We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your desired time slot.
  • Changes Happen:  If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $80 cancellation fee.
  • We May Reschedule Too:  rare cases, we may need to reschedule due to staffing, weather, or equipment issues. We'll notify you promptly.

Taking Care of Your Vehicle:

  • Access & Keys: Please provide access to your vehicle and its keys during the detailing process.
  • Authorization to Move: By booking, you authorize our technicians to move your vehicle as necessary for the detailing job.

Service Timelines:

  • Each Package has a Time Limit: Our packages have estimated completion times based on the level of detail chosen. You can find these timeframes listed on our website.
  • Extra Dirty Fee: In some cases, excessively dirty vehicles may require extra time. We'll inform you of a potential "extra dirty fee" ($60/hour) before or during the detailing process.

What to Expect from the Results:

  • Realistic Expectations: We strive for the best results possible, but the age and condition of your vehicle can impact the outcome. We provide a general guideline for expected improvement based on the time since your last detail
  • Final Inspection: We conduct a final inspection with you at the end of the service. If you have any concerns after the inspection is complete and we've left, please contact us within 24 hours.

Our Responsibility and Limits:

  • We Take Care, But Accidents Can Happen:  While we're highly skilled and careful, unforeseen damage is a possibility. We will inform you immediately if any damage occurs.
  • Pre-Existing Issues: We are not liable for pre-existing damage to your vehicle.
  • Limited Liability: Our liability is limited to the total cost of your detailing service.

Payment & Feedback:

  • The Price You See is the Price You Pay: The final price you see when booking reflects the total cost of service..
  • We Appreciate Your Feedback:  Please let us know how we did! We value your input, good or bad.
  • Sharing Your Shine: With your permission, we may use photos of your detailed car for marketing purposes (without revealing any personal information).

Terminating Service:

  • Reserve the Right to Refuse: In rare cases, we may need to terminate service with a client if their behavior is disruptive or disrespectful to our staff.

Changes to this Agreement:

We reserve the right to update this agreement at any time.  Changes will be posted here.
